Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.
Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.
Schedule Notes
Your E-Ticket will be an "open ticket" valid for any date during operating hours while the Diana exhibit is on display in Branson. You are not restricted to attending on the specific date or at the time shown on the E-Ticket.
On Thanksgiving Day, the normal Sunday hours will be observed.

PLEASE NOTE that the Family Rate is for two adults and two children. If the College Student rate is selected, each college student must present a valid student ID upon check-in at the Exhibition.
The Exhibition
Beginning in the exhibition center's 300-seat theater, attendees are given a dramatic introduction to the rest of the exhibition with a 15 minute video which helps tell Princess Diana's story in her own words and actions.
The rest of the self-guided tour takes guests through a series of zones, each dedicated to a different time in Princess Diana's life - showcasing personal objects and historic mementos throughout the exhibit.

How were the dresses obtained?
- Ms. Maureen Dunkel, from Tampa, Florida - who founded The People's Princess Charitable Foundation, Inc., is instrumental in sharing with worldwide audiences an impressive collection of priceless gowns from the late Princess Diana, which she had purchased just weeks before Diana's untimely death. Influenced both by the outpouring of public grief following her tragic death and the Princess' dedication to global humanitarian activities, Ms. Dunkel played a key role in the decision to share the dresses with the public for their sentimental enjoyment and appreciation of their historical importance. Several of these dresses are now displayed in Diana — The People's Princess in Branson.
What is the value of the dress collection on display?
- In 1997, Ms. Dunkel anonymously purchased more than a dozen dresses from Christie's auction house for approximately $700,000 - becoming the owner of the largest collection of dresses sold at the auction. Proceeds from the auction went to support Diana's many charities, in which she helped raise more than $3 million. These dresses, which were designed and made by some of Britain's leading fashion designers, are one-of-a-kind signature pieces as a part of a rare collection of authentic dress, and today are considered priceless. The dresses currently on display in Branson represent some of the most valuable pieces from her full collection, including the "Pink India" dress. During the run of the exhibition, it is anticipated that additional dresses from Ms. Dunkel's collection will be featured at various times, giving Branson audiences a fresh look at Diana's unique sense of style.
